Vzen Shuttering Oil is a low viscosity mineral oil with high flash point for use in shuttering and moulds. This product facilitates release of moulds from metal casting and also to provide lubrication. It is an environment friendly product.

Application

Vzen Shuttering Oil are mould release agents which gives easy and clean surface of shutter. It ensures very high quality and good kind of concrete and with the help of it concrete becomes stain free and gives it fair faced as well. The shuttering oil which comes in different form is beneficial for all different kind of platforms such as aluminum framework, wood, plastics framework, steel etc.

Preparation before using Vzen Shuttering Oil: Ensure all formwork is clean and dry before application.

Vzen Shuttering Oil is supplied ready to use – no need to dilute product. Apply before first pour and re-apply before subsequent pours immediately after stripping and cleaning the mould. Application can be by spray or fine haired brush.

Vzen Shuttering Oil Coverage is Up to 40m2 per litre dependent on porosity.
